After spending twelve years on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ Jake and Terri began Restore the Family Ministries on February 1,1997. Their vision was to help rebuild the walls (the old ways of doing things found in Isaiah 58:12) around families in order that the family unit might be a powerful asset for Christ once again in our communities. "Those from among you shall build the old ruins (ways of doing things), you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In." The Simpsons have been blessed with eleven children whom Terri home schools. God has allowed many opportunities for speaking, counseling, one-on-one discipleship, as well as Jake's first book "The Fight To Do What's Right".
